Administrative Coordinator

Location: Sauk Centre, MN
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite
Pay: $25-$30 per hour, depending on previous experience
Contract Length: 3-Month Contract with potential to extend based on work volume

Beacon Hills client is seeking a highly organized and people-focused Administrative Coordinator to support a growing organization during an exciting period of expansion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a positive employee experience, coordinating events and recognition programs, and providing administrative support within a fast-paced environment.

As part of the HR team, you’ll play a key role in supporting employee engagement initiatives, onboarding activities, employee communications, and day-to-day administrative operations that help keep the organization running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with revitalizing and coordinating the company mentor program
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs, birthday celebrations, and special events
  • Track and manage employee gift cards and employee appreciation initiatives
  • Help organize monthly employee breakfasts, including shopping, setup, serving, and cleanup
  • Maintain employee records and documentation in both electronic and paper formats
  • Update employee communication boards and digital displays
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and scheduling activities
  • Prepare onboarding materials and new hire packets
  • Assist with benefits and insurance enrollment paperwork
  • Organize first-day employee activities, including ordering lunches for new hires
  • Maintain confidential employee and company files
  • Schedule hearing tests with mobile testing providers
  • Process expense reports and administrative documentation
  • Support special projects and company-wide initiatives
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and employee communications
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees across all levels of the organization
  • Assist with a variety of operational and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative support, HR coordination, office support, or customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with confidential information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
