Administrative Coordinator
Location: Sauk Centre, MN
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite
Pay: $25-$30 per hour, depending on previous experience
Contract Length: 3-Month Contract with potential to extend based on work volume
Beacon Hills client is seeking a highly organized and people-focused Administrative Coordinator to support a growing organization during an exciting period of expansion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a positive employee experience, coordinating events and recognition programs, and providing administrative support within a fast-paced environment.
As part of the HR team, you’ll play a key role in supporting employee engagement initiatives, onboarding activities, employee communications, and day-to-day administrative operations that help keep the organization running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Assist with revitalizing and coordinating the company mentor program
- Coordinate employee recognition programs, birthday celebrations, and special events
- Track and manage employee gift cards and employee appreciation initiatives
- Help organize monthly employee breakfasts, including shopping, setup, serving, and cleanup
- Maintain employee records and documentation in both electronic and paper formats
- Update employee communication boards and digital displays
- Coordinate candidate interviews and scheduling activities
- Prepare onboarding materials and new hire packets
- Assist with benefits and insurance enrollment paperwork
- Organize first-day employee activities, including ordering lunches for new hires
- Maintain confidential employee and company files
- Schedule hearing tests with mobile testing providers
- Process expense reports and administrative documentation
- Support special projects and company-wide initiatives
- Coordinate meetings, events, and employee communications
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees across all levels of the organization
- Assist with a variety of operational and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous administrative support, HR coordination, office support, or customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
