Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Administrative Business Partner to support senior consultants within a leading global leadership advisory firm. This is a high-volume executive support and project management role requiring exceptional scheduling expertise, strong client service skills, and the ability to manage complex consulting engagements across multiple stakeholders and time zones. The ideal candidate is collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, client-facing environment where priorities shift frequently and attention to detail is critical. This role is 100% remote, with hours aligned to the team’s needs, including support for executives based in Mountain and Central time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume calendar scheduling across multiple executives, clients, and time zones
  • Coordinate 200+ meetings per month while understanding broader project sequencing and client delivery timelines
  • Serve as a strategic business partner to consulting teams, helping drive project execution and stakeholder management
  • Coordinate domestic and international meetings, including support for European-based clients
  • Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
  • Track projects, priorities, action items, and deliverables from initiation through completion
  • Maintain Salesforce records, contact databases, and client information
  • Support new business development activities and client engagement processes
  • Coordinate across consulting teams to ensure seamless client delivery
  • Provide backup coverage and collaborate closely with fellow Administrative Business Partners
  • Support ad hoc projects, operational initiatives, and process improvement efforts
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant, Administrative Business Partner, or similar experience
  • Experience in consulting, executive search, legal, financial services, professional services, or other highly client-facing environments preferred
  • Exceptional calendar management and scheduling experience
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Experience supporting senior executives and advisors in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Experience working with remote teams and distributed stakeholders
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Zoom, Concur, and related business systems
