Position Summary
Beacon Hill is seeking an Associate Program Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of complex programs from launch through completion. This role partners with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Purchasing to help ensure program goals, timelines, and business objectives are achieved. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to develop program management and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Pay Rate: $23-$25
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
- Work Arrangement: Onsite
- Start Date: Immediate Opening
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating activities required for successful program launches
- Support development of program budgets, business plans, and financial performance scenarios
- Help maintain program timelines, milestones, and open issue tracking systems
- Monitor project progress and assist with roadblock identification, resolution, and escalation
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Assist with customer communications and status reporting as directed by leadership
- Support creation and maintenance of program health metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting
- Participate in new business pursuits through business case development, risk analysis, and strategic planning
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and information security requirements
- Support information security practices and proper handling of confidential business information
Systems & Tools
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Project management and scheduling tools
- Program reporting and data analysis platforms
- Issue tracking and workflow management systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required
- Spanish and/or Japanese language skills are highly preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, team-oriented setting
- Demonstrated leadership potential and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
- Ability to interpret technical information and support moderate to complex projects
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proficiency with standard business software and willingness to learn new systems as needed
