A growing Mid-Atlantic law firm is seeking an attorney with 4+ years of litigation experience to join a busy practice representing landlords and property management companies throughout the Washington, DC region.
The role offers:
- Regular court appearances, including motions hearings and trials
- Drafting motions, pleadings, oppositions, and discovery
- Direct responsibility for a high-volume real estate litigation caseload
- Meaningful client contact and hands-on litigation experience from day one
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of litigation experience
- Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
- Comfortable appearing in court and arguing hearings
- DC Bar admission required; MD and/or VA admission is a plus
Additional details:
- Salary starting at $150,000+
- 1,750 billable hour target
- Established practice with a steady flow of matters
