Beacon Hill is a proud partner to a reputable CPG Company. We are currently hiring a Senior Collections Analyst. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities/Duties
The responsibilities of the Senior Collections Analyst are, but are not limited to:
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and perform proactive collections on past-due balances.
- Research, analyze, and resolve customer deductions, chargebacks, short pays, pricing discrepancies, and promotional allowances.
- Review remittances, invoices, proof of delivery, contracts, and supporting documentation to validate deduction claims.
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate aged balances to identify root causes and drive resolution.
- Process approved credits, write-offs, adjustments, and account corrections in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor customer aging reports and identify high-risk accounts requiring escalation.
- Maintain detailed documentation of collection activities, dispute resolutions, and customer communications.
- Support month-end close activities, AR reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
Requirements
- Strong ERP work (SAP, Orale, Great Plains, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience specifically at a CPG company
- Experience in Excel
