Qualifications
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, operational improvement, or business transformation delivery.
- Proven ability to independently manage cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
- Experience executing operational process improvements, governance initiatives, or organizational change projects.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, and delivery management capabilities.
- Experience identifying and managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints.
- Ability to coordinate stakeholders across Product, Technology, Delivery, and business organizations.
- Strong understanding of project governance, accountability, escalation processes, and decision tracking.
- Experience supporting implementation of operating-model changes, process standardization, or organizational transitions.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate productive working sessions and drive follow-through on commitments.
- Experience coordinating stakeholder communications, training, and adoption activities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and cross-functional technology teams.
- Experience with Jira, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, or comparable enterprise collaboration tools.
- Experience in financial services, banking, technology, or other regulated industries is preferred.
- PMP, CSM, or comparable certification is a plus.
Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and deliver results with minimal supervision
