Contract Recruiter (3-Month Assignment)
Beacon Hill’s client is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support their team on a 3-month engagement. This is a great opportunity for a results-driven recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions.
Location: Chanhassen, MN
Schedule: Monday-Friday, regular business hours (roughly 8am-5pm each day)
Work Model: Fully onsite
Pay Rate: $40-$50/hour (depending on previous experience)
Position Overview
This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for office-based and corporate roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer stage
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align on candidate profiles
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for office and corporate roles (e.g., administrative, HR, customer service, and other corporate functions)
- Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Track candidate activity and maintain accurate documentation in the ATS
- Provide market insight and recruiting recommendations to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Proven experience recruiting for office and corporate positions
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ATS platforms and standard recruiting tools
