Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to businesses to request signage placement for marketing campaigns.
- Clearly explain the purpose and benefits of each campaign.
- Listen actively to concerns or questions and respond with patience and professionalism.
- Document call outcomes, feedback, and permissions accurately in our CRM system.
- Build rapport with gatekeepers and decision-makers to foster long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure signage logistics and follow-up are seamless.
- Meet daily and weekly outreach goals while maintaining high-quality interactions.
