Position Title: Helpdesk Analyst

Required Skills:

1+ years of professional experience working in a call center or customer service focused role

PC hardware troubleshooting skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to follow procedures, ask good questions and document answers/retain information

Desire to become more technical and assist users with more technical issues

Desired Skills:

Experience assisting customers or end users in-person

Experience logging calls within a ticketing system (Servicenow preferred)

Experience using a knowledge base a plus

Experience working with Windows and VM Virtual Desktop or Citrix

Associates Degree and some professional experience or completed Bachelor’s Degree
