Director of Buying & Merchandising
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
We are seeking a strategic and highly motivated Director of Buying & Merchandising to join a leading retail brand in the luxury/apparel space. This is a unique opportunity to shape product assortments, drive sales, and lead a high-performing merchandising team in a dynamic and growing market.
What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute merchandising strategies to maximize sales, margin, and inventory productivity across all channels.

Lead the buying process, including assortment planning, vendor negotiations, pricing strategies, and product lifecycle management.

Analyze trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to make informed buying decisions.

Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and design teams to ensure alignment across the business.

Mentor and manage a team of buyers and planners, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and results.

Oversee inventory management, forecasting, and performance metrics to optimize business outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:

8+ years of progressive buying and merchandising experience in apparel, footwear, or luxury retail.

Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to guide merchandising and inventory decisions.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

A passion for fashion and a deep understanding of consumer trends.
