Our client, a highly regarded financial services firm in Bryn Mawr, is actively seeking a Personal Assistant to provide top-tier support to their CEO. The ideal candidate is an expert organizer, a dynamic relationship builder and is confident in their support skills!
About You:
- 5+ years of personal assistant experience to highly visible person or family
- Expert organizational skills, with ability to organize workload and time effectively
- The proven ability to excel and adapt in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
- Results-oriented mindset and a positive attitude
- Vibrant communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Day to Day:
- Provide high-level of personal support to CEO and family, provide executive based support when needed
- Manage and maintain complex personal calendar and associated schedules
- Schedule frequent travel for CEO and family including itinerary creation, event coordination and lodging arrangements
- Monitor and assist with quality control of all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain and oversee personal finances including writing checks and managing balances
- Plan events as needed including charity fundraisers and holiday parties
- Liaise consistently with CEO’s contacts and connections in the Bryn Mawr area
This direct hire position is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to utilize their skills to make a big impact.
