Installation Coordinator
About Us: Organization is a nationwide provider that focuses on water conservation through the installation of high-efficiency plumbing fixtures that result in tremendous water and money savings. Our company has developed patented equipment that prevents inefficient plumbing from wasting water.
Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Installation Coordinator to support and manage the planning, documentation, and execution of installation projects nationwide. This role serves as a central point of coordination between installers, property owners, and the internal sales and operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track installation projects from pre-installation through completion
- Work closely with the project expediter to complete installation reports
- Communicate regularly with installers, property owners, onsite management, sales team, and internal operations staff to ensure alignment and smooth execution
- Assist with planning and maintaining installation schedules across multiple properties
- Track inventory levels for installation materials and notify the warehouse manager when supplies need to be replenished
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the operations team as needed
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills and ability to have a client-first mindset
- Experience in a coordination, administrative, scheduling, or operations support role
- Ability to work independently to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
