Our client, an investment management firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their NYC team. The hours are 9am-5pm and this role is hybrid with three days in office and two days remote.
Responsibilities:
- Assist COO with projects and tasks across multiple business areas
- Support Finance team with employee expenses, accounts payable, and other tasks
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, calendar management, and organization
- Maintain relationships with building management and office vendors while overseeing office operations
- Coordinate corporate events, including venue selection, catering, setup, and cleanup
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Salesforce
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience managing and supervising employees
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $85K base depending on experience + bonus
