Leading Asset Management firm is seeking to hire a Long-term Temporary Office Assistant to commit open-ended in their San Francisco office. This role will require 5 days/week on-site and is open to seeing part-time (8am-1pm) or full-time (8am-5pm) candidates. Pay rate is $27/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for opening the office daily, including setting up the kitchen, brewing coffee, ensuring snacks are restocked and the office is set up for employees and guests, receive and distribute incoming mail
- Support and interface with all levels of organization’s staff; display a high level of professionalism
- Own lunch set-up daily, including catering or food pick-up requests and any other details, responsible for breakdown/clean-up post-lunch
- Provide occasional reception and other support needs teaming effectively with the sole EA on-site
Qualifications:
- Some experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative assistance or related field
- Strong verbal communication, organizational, attention to detail and time management skills
- Highly motivated; self-starter, strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills
- Ability to ensure high-level, tailored support based on the needs of the office
