Our client, a top global private equity company, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support two Principals in NYC. The hours are 8/8:30am-5/5:30pm five days in the office. Responsibilities:
- Offer efficient administrative support to two Principals
- Oversee and coordinate complex calendars and schedules
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and restaurant bookings
- Process expenses promptly using Concur
- Act as an approachable gatekeeper, serving as a resource for clients and internal employees
- Assess and prioritize shifting tasks; conduct research and prepare for meetings proactively
- Welcome clients and maintain excellent communication via email and phone
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of EA experience in financial or professional services
- Must have strong organizational skills
- No task too big or too small mentality
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $115K base depending on experience + paid overtime + bonus
