Our client, a global management investment firm, is seeking a Team Executive Assistant in NYC. The hours are 8/9am-5/6pm four days in the office with one day remote.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for 6-7 team members
- Prepare materials and documents for signature
- Submit and track expenses using Workday
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Greet and host guests onsite
- Support internal teams in preparing for onsite meetings
- Produce high-quality communications across levels of the organization
- Perform various ad hoc administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative experience (industry flexible; hospitality backgrounds welcome)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- Experience with Workday is a plus
- French language skills are a major plus
