Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support its growing talent acquisition team. This is a remote, long-term contract opportunity ideal for someone with strong recruiting coordination experience and a knack for managing high-volume, complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews with speed and accuracy
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless interview experience
- Manage calendar invites, confirmations, and follow-ups in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Maintain accurate candidate data and tracking in the applicant tracking system
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a recruiting coordination or HR support role required
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex scheduling and multitasking
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
