Our client, a nonprofit organization focused on family-substance abuse, is seeking an Executive Assistant in NYC. The hours are 9am-5pm and they are five days in the office,
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedules for CEO and COO
- Assist with onboarding new staff, including background checks, fingerprinting, and account setup
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and compliance certifications
- Track and manage company laptop inventory; ensure devices are returned and cleaned properly
- Support preparation for board meetings and events (invitations, catering, room setup)
- Provide front desk coverage as needed
- Handle various administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Degree not required, but highly preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
