Leading M&A advisory firm located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Long-term Temporary Marketing Coordinator for a maternity leave coverage beginning in June through November 2025. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Global Marketing by executing all content needed for deal announcements, ordering and managing deal toy production, assisting with marketing events/conferences, working within the firm’s CRM system (DealCloud), updating firmwide marketing materials, executing reports for marketing needs and supporting the marketing team on other as-needed deliverables. This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Operating on a hybrid schedule, this role requires M-Th in-office from 9am-5:30pm (option for Fridays off), with availability after-hours depending on business needs. Pay rate up to $35/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Materials: Update and maintain marketing materials, ensuring consistency with branding and messaging.
- Deal Announcements: run point on aggregating all content from Deal Team and creating deal announcement materials (website, tombstones, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Manage Deal Toy design & ordering process
- CRM comfortability: be able to work within the firm’s CRM to update records, upload data, and use the system to manage marketing initiatives
- Help execute deliverables for firm conferences / events
Additional Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Utilize Excel to analyze marketing data and generate reports, providing insights to improve marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support various marketing initiatives, events and business development campaigns.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks related to marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a marketing or related role.
- Proficient CRM Experience: Leverage prior CRM experience to assist in managing client databases, lead generation, and marketing outreach efforts.
- Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
