We are seeking a proactive and driven Administrative Assistant to join a reputable manufacturing organization in Oakdale, PA. This person will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the office and providing quality service to their customers. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with conference room setup
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, copying, and document preparation
- Assist internal teams with basic administrative needs as requested
- Support office coordination tasks and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 1+ years of administrative or office support experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
