Our client is seeking a Human Capital Management Generalist to support and enhance the full employee lifecycle-from talent acquisition and payroll to policy development and employee engagement. The Role:
- Own full-cycle recruitment across all levels
- Advise leaders on HR best practices, compliance, and performance management
- Develop and update policies and procedures that support business and employee success
- Participate in compensation reviews and provide workforce data insights
- Support benefit programs including open enrollment, leave administration, and employee communications
- Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations, and employee compensation statements
- Coordinate compliance training (anti-harassment, bias, etc.) and identify development opportunities
- Utilize Workday to manage HRIS, reporting, payroll, and talent acquisition functions
You:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of progressive experience in human resources
- Strong background in talent acquisition, payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee relations
- Experience working with or in highly regulated industries; financial services preferred
- Workday HCM experience strongly preferred
