Our client, a global financial advisory firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a senior banker. They are looking for an individual who has strong prioritization and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and be flexible in a high-pressure, fast-paced workplace. The hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm with flexibility required for nights and weekends. This role is hybrid, 3 days onsite (Tuesday-Thursday) in Manhattan and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday), with the expectation to shift to 4/1 when the executive is in the office.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to a top banker in the Power & Energy Group
* Manage an intense, high-volume calendar including frequent last-minute changes and multi-city travel logistics
* Partner with a second EA on expense management to handle heavy reporting volume
* Anticipate executive needs, demonstrating strong instincts and the ability to “manage up”
* Ensure flawless execution in scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination
* Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, handling sensitive information with discretion
Job Requirements:
* 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders
* Background in financial services, management consulting, or a similarly fast-paced industry
* Strong judgment, maturity, and ability to adapt to an executive’s work style
* Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
* Comfortable working at a fast pace with little room for error
* Availability outside of standard hours, including nights and weekends, as needed
