Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking a Floater Assistant in New York, NY. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with an average of 5 hours of paid overtime per week. This role is fully in office, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and provide assistance wherever needed
* Coordinate local and international travel arrangements with corporate travel agents
* Assist with event coordination, data entry, and ad-hoc project support
* Compile and print materials; provide office and facilities support as needed
* Maintain accurate records and databases, including assisting with expense reports in Concur
* Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with professionalism
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* 2-3+ years of administrative support experience, ideally in finance, legal, real estate, or FinTech
* Experience with complex calendar and travel management
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook) and Zoom
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
