Investment firm located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temp to Perm Office Coordinator to support team. This position will start July 2024. In office Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm. Temp duration approximately 3+ months ahead of conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Handle catering for their conference center (bulk of the job)
- Client uses Microsoft form – reply back to requests, place orders and mange set up the day of
- Perform various maintenance activities, cleaning spills, refilling supplies (snacks and beverages)
- Assist with conference room set up and breakdown
- Restocking items
- Provide administrative support for internal events
- Freight deliveries – runner to and from messenger center
- Work closely with Facilities Manager
Qualifications:
- 2+ years related experience in a corporate setting
- High attention to detail
- Team player mentality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism
Compensation:
- 65K- 70K perm base + discretionary bonus; temp rate in line DOE
- 20 vacation days and 2 personal days , day off for volunteering, Small Employee contribution to benefits, 401K match – 3 or 4% match, stocked pantry
