Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CFO and finance team in New York, NY. The hours are 9:00am-6:00pm with some flexibility. This is a fully in-office position.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the CFO and members of the finance team
* Manage complex calendars, prioritize scheduling, and coordinate internal and external meetings
* Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
* Assist with special projects and preparation of financial-related materials as needed
* Prepare and distribute meeting materials such as agendas and presentations
* Process expense reports in accordance with company travel policies
* Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and helpful manner
* Maintain strong working relationships with internal staff and external contacts
* Create, edit, and manage various documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
* 5+ years of experience as an administrative professional
* Experience supporting a finance team or CFO required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $120K total compensation including bonus
