Job Title: Temporary Executive Assistant
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: ASAP start – 12+ weeks
Schedule: Core hours 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible as needed)
Compensation: $35-40 depending on experience
Position Summary:
A fast-paced, high-visibility executive support role providing temporary assistance to the CEO of a dynamic, Boston-based organization. This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully by ensuring smooth calendar management, efficient prioritization, and strong communication across the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management:
Maintain and optimize the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and ensuring alignment with daily priorities. - Executive Support:
Act as a trusted partner-anticipating needs, flagging priorities, and managing confidential communications. - Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work seamlessly with the broader executive leadership team to support initiatives and maintain effective workflows. - Administrative Tools:
Prepare documents and materials using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives
