Venture Capital firm located in SoHo, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temporary Executive Assistant to cover a maternity leave. This position will start ASAP in early August 2025 for a duration of 4 months (~16 weeks) from the hours of 9:30/45am-5:30/6pm with some availability after-hours as needed. This role will primarily support to the Founder with high touch calendar management. Pay rate up to $45/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Heavy calendar management for Founder- keep up with changes, reconfirm as needed
- Assist with meeting scheduling and keep the Founder on time with 5-minute warnings between meetings
- Respond on Founder’s behalf
- Book domestic travel and work with travel agent for international travel needs
Qualifications:
- C-level support experience is required
- High-level travel booking and calendar management experience
- Extremely detail-oriented and able to thrive in a high pressure and fast-paced environment
- Great communication and organizational skills
- High energy and positive attitude
