Our client is seeking a Campus Talent Advisor to support early career recruitment strategies across their businesses. This individual will lead campus outreach and drive the full-cycle recruitment process for intern, co-op, and entry-level roles while ensuring a strong and versatile candidate pipeline. This is a hybrid position in Wilmington, DE and will require the candidate to be local to their site.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in campus recruiting.
- Proven experience in fast-paced recruiting and managing campus events or internship programs.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% during peak recruiting seasons.
- Strong skills in ATS, CRM, Microsoft Office, and recruitment tools, with an ability to manage high-volume requisition loads.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with a strategic, self-motivated mindset.
About the Job:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for intern, co-op, and early career roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring leaders to create recruiting strategies and execute on-campus events and virtual engagement initiatives.
- Lead university relationships and serve as the primary contact for student organizations and career services.
- Oversee the Intern Summer Series Program and coordinate development/networking sessions.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics, ensuring progress toward hiring goals.
