Our client, a member-based organization, is urgently seeking a part-time Membership Coordinator to join their team located in Washington, DC for 20-25 hours per week! In this role you will provide much needed support to their membership team.
About the Job:
- Service as the point of contact and manage inboxes and respond to inquiries.
- Preform data entry and CRM management.
- Support event logistics, drafting documents, taking meeting minutes, and light expense coordination.
- Support event logistics.
- Provide general administrative support as assigned.
About You:
- 5+ years of related membership experience are required.
- Data entry and CRM skills are required.
- Personable and responsive with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Suite
- Strong detail orientation, time management, and organizational skills are required.
About the Position:
- $23/hr-$26/hr, depending on experience.
- Part-time for 20-25 hours per week.
- Hybrid with 1 day/week onsite.
- Metro accessible office in Washington, DC.
- Starting early August!
