Our client, a top private equity firm in Hudson Yards, is seeking a Temp to Perm Administrative Assistant to support a Director and their direct reports The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility to be accessible on email after hours is needed. This role is onsite in their office 5 days/week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide seamless administrative support
- Manage Outlook calendars; schedule internal and external meetings, book conference rooms and coordinate restaurant reservations
- Manage all email and phone communication, including keeping track of all scheduling changes
- Process and reconcile expense reports in a timely manner
- Light travel booking as needed
- Additional projects as requested
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of experience supporting a team
- Experience in financial services is ideal
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs
- Motivated and wants to learn
Compensation/Benefits/Perks:
- When perm: 95K-125K base plus paid overtime and a bonus
