Key Focus Areas:
- Support firmwide client service and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate materials, research, and reporting for top-tier client teams
- Help manage client feedback programs and track relationship trends
- Collaborate across teams to deliver world-class service
Ideal Background:
- 2+ years in marketing, business development, or client service (law firm experience required)
- Detail-oriented with strong writing, research, and data analysis skills
- Comfortable handling sensitive information and working across teams
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
