Our client, a well-established mechanical contracting company in Waltham, MA is seeking an ERP Implementation Administrator for a temporary 1-3 month assignment, paying $25/hour. This role is 100% in-office, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM. The position will support a new ERP implementation by extracting and organizing employee-related documents from the current HR/Payroll system. The start date is immediate, and free parking is available on-site.
Job Responsibilities:
- Download and organize all employee-related documents from the existing HR/Payroll system.
- Create and maintain a clear folder structure for storing active and inactive employee files on the company network.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Report directly to the HR & Payroll Manager.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Prior HR support experience or familiarity with handling confidential employee information preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in document management and computer systems.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
