High-profile hedge fund located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temporary (possible TTP) Executive Assistant to join a close-knit, collaborative team. This is truly a “dream” EA opportunity-supporting a group of investment professionals with day-to-day operational and administrative needs. You’ll primarily cover a handful of Analysts and potentially a Partner (coverage may shift as they reconfigure internally), so flexibility is key. This position will require 5 days on-site from 8:30am-5:30/6pm (with flexibility).

Responsibilities will include:
- Complex calendar management
- Coordinating domestic and international travel
- Processing expenses
- Organizing earnings calls
- Ordering/picking up team lunches
- Managing other ad hoc requests to keep the team running seamlessly
Qualifications:
- Must have hedge fund or private equity EA experience, understanding of the fast pace, high volume, and service-oriented nature of this work
- Savvy, 5+ year experienced EA who has most recently been in a similar role and “just gets it.”
- Strong presentation, willingness to meet/greet investors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- No-fuss, no-nonsense approach, anticipate needs, and deliver with grace
Compensation/Benefits:
- 100-125K base + bonus
