Our client, a religious organization is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator in Wellesley, MA. This 100% onsite role offers $20/hour, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Greet and welcome visitors, fostering a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, copying, scanning, and related clerical work
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars in Google Workspace
- Perform filing, data entry, and general office organization
- Assist various teams with projects and office needs as assigned
- Adapt to new tasks and priorities with a positive attitude
Candidate Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs/Sheets)
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Prior administrative or receptionist experience preferred, but not required
