Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking a Receptionist to work on the front lines of their newly renovated office in Soho. Seeking an individual with a team-player who has strong prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills. The hours are 8:30am-5:00pm with flexibility needed to monitor email after hours. This role is onsite five days per week.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome visitors, including executives and internal employees from global offices
* Manage phones, office supplies, and catering/lunch orders
* Keep the office organized, tidy, and running smoothly
* Support office events, meetings, and special projects as needed
* Collaborate with the admin team and contribute to a close-knit, team-oriented culture
* Provide general administrative support and ensure a polished office environment
Qualifications:
* 2-3+ years of professional experience in a reception or administrative role
* Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
* Team player with solid emotional intelligence and good judgment
* Background in arts or performance industry a plus
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $75,000 base salary + bonus
