Our client, a leading global private markets investment firm, is seeking two Administrative Assistants in New York, NY. The hours are 8:30am-5pm with overtime as needed. This role is 4 days in office, 1 remote with some flexibility depending on coverage needs.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support for 3-5 professionals, including at least one senior global executive
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and coordinate complex international travel
* Process expense reports and support special projects as needed
* Assist with office operations, including kitchen upkeep, covering reception, and ensuring a collaborative team environment
* Coordinate in-office meetings, including catering and client hospitality
* Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and internal communications
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of administrative/assistant experience; financial services preferred but not required
* Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite; strong calendar management experience required
* Strong organizational skills, discretion, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
* Team-oriented, flexible, and comfortable pitching in on office responsibilities
* Excellent communication skills and professional presence with the maturity to support senior leadership
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $95K-$105K base salary + bonus
