Our client, a Boston-based management consulting firm is seeking a professional and reliable Office Facilities Administrator (Front Desk Role) for a temporary 2-month assignment, with the possibility to extend. This is a full-time, in-office position (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:30 PM, with an hour lunch) located in Boston, MA, in the Financial District. The role pays $22-$24/hour. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet employees and clients as they arrive and manage incoming calls with professionalism.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and stock office supplies.
- Maintain a tidy kitchen and ensure office areas are organized.
- Send building lists and company-wide emails.
- Support general front desk and administrative functions, including training alongside the current Office Administrator.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or front desk experience in a professional environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to interact confidently with employees and clients.
