About the Job:

Oversee the daily operations of the corporate office.

Manage administrative functions including answering the door, handling mail, and coordinating office services.

Support the executive team with day-to-day administrative needs.

Manage vendor relationships and procurement to ensure smooth office operations.

Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment, with strong attention to presentation.
About You:

3+ years of relevant administrative or office management experience required.

Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently.
-
Professional communication and interpersonal skills with a polished presentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
About the Position:
-
Pay Rate (Temp): $21-$24/hr.

Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch (40-hour weeks, potential for some overtime).
-
100% on-site in North Silver Spring (free parking, accessible by bus).
