Our client, an investment management firm, located in Midtown East, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temporary to Permanent Executive Assistant to support five investment professionals in the Healthcare vertical. This is a hybrid position with a 4-1 schedule (Fridays remote), with hours of 9:00AM – 5:30PM daily. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual eager to be a part of an established and growing multi-strategy investment firm.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support to the team
- Full calendar management for busy executives (scheduling over multiple time zones)
- Answering/screening phone calls
- Organizing and booking domestic and international travel
- Process monthly expense reports using Concur
- Working closely with portfolio company management teams and their assistants (scheduling board meetings)
- Provide back-up calendar and phone coverage for other assistants during their absence
- Work on ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years Executive Assistant experience in a Private Equity firm
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- High attention to detail
- Advanced computer skills required in MS Outlook and MS 365 Suite and ability to learn new software with high level of proficiency
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to 125K base salary DOE plus a bonus
