Our client, a global law firm with an office in Washington, DC, is seeking a direct hire Recruiting Coordinator to join their busy team!
Responsibilities:
- Support Summer Associate, Fall Associate, and law school recruiting efforts.
- Review resumes and applications, conducting initial screenings as needed.
- Prepare onboarding and orientation programs, collaborating across departments.
- Update the ATS and prepare interview status reports.
- Coordinate meetings and events surrounding recruiting initiatives.
- Support additional projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant recruiting or talent management experience are required.
- Experience working in a professional services setting or legal environment is required.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience utilizing an ATS and additional souring tools.
- Ability to stay work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Position Information:
- $70K-$80K (DOE) – this role is overtime eligible.
- Eligible for an annual performance bonus.
- 4 days/week on-site in Washington, DC.
