A leading global retail company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support its Human Resources department at its Marlborough, MA office. This is a hybrid, full-time role (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM) offering a pay rate of $28-30 per hour, depending on experience. The position provides administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of HR programs and initiatives within a collaborative corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination
- Assist with onboarding processes, documentation, and HR system updates
- Prepare reports, presentations, and tracking spreadsheets for HR projects
- Coordinate internal communications and event logistics
- Manage confidential information with discretion and accuracy
Candidate Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or HR setting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
