In this role, you will support designated Practices and collaborate closely with the Human Resources department to ensure effective implementation of standard operating procedures.
About You:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility across teams.
- Proficient in analyzing data and using tools like Excel and Google Suite (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in HR or a related field preferred.
About the Job:
- Partner with practice leaders to provide HR guidance and support on employee relations, performance, and organizational development.
- Analyze HR trends and metrics to inform the development of effective policies, programs, and strategies.
- Facilitate onboarding processes and track new hire integration and success.
- Guide managers in day-to-day performance management and employee development in coordination with L&D.
- Help foster a positive work culture by resolving conflicts, promoting morale, and supporting retention efforts.
Our client is seeking a collaborative and experienced professional to join their fast-growing team. This hybrid position is based in Philadelphia and offers a salary of up to $95,000 per year, depending on experience.
