A leading real estate investment firm in Boston is seeking a part-time Administrative & HR Assistant to support day-to-day office operations and human resources functions. This is a 100% onsite role located on State Street, working three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This is a temporary position paying between $21-$24/hour, depending on experience. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for office management, HR documentation, and general operations.
- Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding logistics, and background checks.
- Track invoices, timesheets, and benefit-related documentation.
- Maintain employee records, organizational charts, and compliance materials.
- Support internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and event planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2+ years of administrative experience; HR exposure or related support experience a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ADP experience helpful but not required.
- Professional, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
