Our client, a national association in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary Awards Program Assistant to assist with award submissions, starting ASAP! If you have experience with NetForum and mail merges, apply now!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules, documents, and logistics related to Awards program.
- Perform Mail Merge and document formatting in Word; create charts and analyze data in Excel; update presentations in PowerPoint.
- Edit and manage PDFs using Adobe Acrobat.
- Support internal teams and end-users with basic troubleshooting and communication.
- Complete additional tasks including sorting, organizing, and lifting materials up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in administrative required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate’s degree required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based file management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Experience with NetForum and mail merging is required!
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Position Information:
- $22/hr-$24/hr, depending on experience
- Part time hours (3 days per week) through 2025, moving into full time hours in 2026
- In office Tuesday-Thursday
- Office in Washington, DC
- Hours are 8:00am-4:00pm
