Responsibilities:
– Deliver superior client management and deliverables for assigned clients
– Develop trusted advisor relationships through effective communication
– Develop program design based on clients’ objectives
– Identify areas of concern from the clients’ perspective
– Develop and manage relationships with vendors
Requirements:
– Minimum of 5 years of direct experience with an insurance brokerage or consulting firm
– Significant experience in employee benefits analyst or consulting
– Ability to complete product analysis including plan design pricing, contract review, budget and rate development, etc.
– Ability to manage multiple client projects and work under aggressive timelines
