About the Job:
- Manage non-legal recruitment activities, as well as onboarding & offboarding
- Identify training and development opportunities to continually expand the administrative staff and paralegal skill levels
- Coach and develop non-managerial staff on all human resources issues, addressing and resolving employee relations issues
- Maintain an open and inclusive environment
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 10+ years of HR and/or office administration experience in a law firm
- Outstanding client service skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with the full Microsoft Office Suite
About the Compensation and Benefits:
- $110K-$160K, depending on experience
- Comprehensive benefits package
- On site 4 days/week in DC
