Our client, a global law firm, is seeking an Administrative Manager to join their company! They are looking for an individual who is confident in a leadership position, maintaining a high level of professionalism while exercising strong organizational and prioritization skills. The hours are 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. with flexibility for overtime. This role is hybrid 4 days in office, 1 day work from home
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage professional support and client-facing administrative services across U.S. offices
* Oversee Legal Executive Assistants and Receptionists as well as act as the main point of contact for onsite hospitality and travel vendor teams
- Partner with Operations leadership and Office Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
* Develop and implement performance metrics, service standards, and professional development programs
* Build relationships and credibility with firm leadership while maintaining accountability across teams
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology-driven efficiencies
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
* 8-10+ years of management experience within professional services or law firm environments
* Proven success leading administrative or client service teams across multiple offices
* Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
* High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
* Ability to drive operational consistency while fostering collaboration and inclusion
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $150K base salary + discretionary bonus
