Our client, a global private equity firm located in Midtown, Manhattan is looking for a Temporary Administrative Floater to support their team for a minimum of 6 months with flexibility to extend. This position will operate in the office five days a week, with hours being Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. Compensation is $40-45/hr. DOE with lunch provided daily.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall administrative support to the office, including coverage for vacations, leaves of absence, and job openings
- Heavy calendar management across various time zones using MS Outlook
- Plan and coordinate complex international and domestic travel arrangements
- Process and submit expenses
- Draft and revise general written correspondence
- Perform general administrative tasks (copying, printing, binding, scanning, covering the phones, and other ad-hoc projects)
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting a team in a corporate environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Flexible mentality with the ability to switch gears easily
