Our client, a boutique financial services firm, is seeking an Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support a lean, growing team. This role requires strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. The schedule is 9:00am-5:00pm with occasional flexibility. This position is fully onsite in the West Village of Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative and office operations
- Maintain office supplies, coordinate deliveries, and handle occasional errands
- Support internal meetings and small events as needed
- Oversee office budgets, process invoices, and assist with payroll administration
- Coordinate occasional travel and related logistics
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and building management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5+ years of office management or administrative experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a startup environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $85K base salary + bonus
